Nous avons donc pass\u00e9 un temps d’\u00e9change avec Rapha\u00ebl Beurey, responsable de l\u2019agence Vie & V\u00e9randa Besan\u00e7on, concessionnaire exclusif Vie & V\u00e9randa dans le Doubs, afin d\u2019en savoir plus sur son parcours, ses motivations, sa vision de l\u2019enseigne et ses objectifs pour 2020.<\/p>\n

Dans quel domaine avez-vous exerc\u00e9 avant Vie & V\u00e9randa ?<\/h2>\n

J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 tout jeune dans la menuiserie fen\u00eatre. Je suis ensuite arriv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite chez Vie & V\u00e9randa Besan\u00e7on en 2000, en tant que technicien-conseil jusqu’en 2006. En 2008, suite au d\u00e9part de l\u2019ancien g\u00e9rant, j\u2019ai rachet\u00e9 la concession de Besan\u00e7on. Le 15 f\u00e9vrier 2020, cela fera 20 ans que je vends des v\u00e9randas Vie & V\u00e9randa.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi Vie & V\u00e9randa comme enseigne ?<\/h2>\n

J\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de racheter la concession Vie & V\u00e9randa Besan\u00e7on en 2008 pour plusieurs raisons. D’abord, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, Vie & V\u00e9randa \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale avec un certain poids et une certaine notori\u00e9t\u00e9. Et puis Vie & V\u00e9randa propose quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent par rapport \u00e0 la plupart des v\u00e9randalistes pr\u00e9sents sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais : des v\u00e9randas bois<\/a>.
\nEnfin, hormis ma premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience en menuiserie, j\u2019ai toujours vendu des v\u00e9randas Vie & V\u00e9randa et je connais tr\u00e8s bien le produit. Je suis attach\u00e9 \u00e0 cette enseigne avec laquelle j\u2019ai \u00e9volu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Quelle est la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de Vie & V\u00e9randa sur le march\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n

Selon moi, la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de Vie & V\u00e9randa, et cela est vraiment important, c\u2019est le bois bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi et surtout le fait que nous proposons des extensions de maison<\/strong> plus que des v\u00e9randas.
\nEn effet, il y a bien le mot \u00ab v\u00e9randa \u00bb dans Vie & V\u00e9randa, mais nous avons finalement un produit<\/a> plus tourn\u00e9 vers la v\u00e9ritable extension que la petite v\u00e9randa pi\u00e8ce d\u2019appoint.
\nEn 20 ans, j\u2019ai vendu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de v\u00e9randas en bois \u00e0 toiture 2 pans en tuiles<\/strong>, des mod\u00e8les qui se rapprochent beaucoup de l\u2019extension de maison en dur.<\/p>\n

D\u2019ailleurs, nous sommes bien souvent en concurrence sur le produit aluminium<\/a> : bien que nous proposions une gamme de v\u00e9randa aluminium, ce qui fait notre diff\u00e9rence, et fera nos succ\u00e8s, c\u2019est bel et bien le bois avec nos gammes \u00c9quilibre, Horizon et Nature !<\/p>\n

Quels sont vos objectifs pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 ?<\/h2>\n

Au-del\u00e0 des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s, l\u2019objectif pour cette ann\u00e9e 2020 est de continuer dans cette voix de diff\u00e9renciation et de qualit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos produits.
\nL\u2019objectif est \u00e9galement de travailler encore plus le parrainage, car nous nous apercevons qu\u2019il peut nous apporter \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de contacts et de tr\u00e8s bonnes opportunit\u00e9s pour notre concession.
\nEnfin, comme chaque ann\u00e9e, nous essayons de continuer \u00e0 progresser en interne, en termes d\u2019organisation et de progression de chiffre d\u2019affaire. Nous faisons confiance au si\u00e8ge social de Feyzin pour faire avancer les choses.<\/p>\n

Qu\u2019est-ce qui fait la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019une agence Vie & V\u00e9randa selon vous ?<\/h2>\n

Je pense que la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019une agence Vie & V\u00e9randa est en bonne partie li\u00e9e au soutien du groupe. En effet, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments et conseils qui nous sont partag\u00e9s lors de nos conventions concessionnaires ou des formations diverses, par exemple, nous permettent d\u2019apporter toujours plus de savoir-faire et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer nos m\u00e9thodes.
\nC\u2019est bien le fait de faire parti d\u2019un groupe dynamique avec des \u00e9quipes qui nous soutiennent \u00e0 fond qui fait la force d\u2019une agence ! Une entreprise \u00e0 taille humaine o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut discuter et \u00e9changer, c\u2019est essentiel !<\/p>\n

Que ce soit filiales ou concessionnaires, nous avan\u00e7ons tous ensemble avec une belle dynamique qui prend forme depuis quelques ann\u00e9es !<\/p>\n
